After Earth: 2200 AC — Director-8B is a specialized 8 billion parameter language model, fine-tuned from Llama-3-8B by spdev45. Its core function is to act as a "Director" in a multi-modal world-building pipeline, translating abstract narrative into high-fidelity, technically grounded briefs for image generation models such as FLUX.1-Dev.

• Technical Lore Generation: Creates internally consistent, hard-sci-fi technical descriptions for the 2200 AC universe, including advanced materials like Obsidian-Polymer and Aether-Conduits.

• Xeno-Biology & Non-Humanoid Design: Capable of describing alien anatomy and non-human physiology beyond typical humanoid templates.

Training Details

The model was fine-tuned using Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) with Unsloth and Hugging Face TRL, achieving a final loss of 0.88. The training dataset included ASTRA-SFT-1k and over 2,000 curated character skins, focusing on 'Aether-Tech' aesthetics to inform its visual direction capabilities.
