How you're billed
Chat is a flat $25/month subscription.
Developer Plan is a monthly credit amount you choose, from $50/month. Usage is billed per token and drawn from your credit balance.
Business plans are annual contracts with fixed-rate pricing for dedicated, managed GPU capacity — no per-token billing.
You're charged monthly on the date you first subscribed. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Developer Plan and credits
Your monthly credit amount is added to your balance each billing cycle after payment succeeds.
Only successful API requests are charged: input tokens × input price + output tokens × output price (speech models bill per character). Prices are on each model's page.
Unused credits roll over and don't expire.
Need more mid-cycle? Add a one-time top-up from your account's billing page without changing your monthly amount.
We email you at a $5 balance and again at zero. At zero or below, API calls are blocked until more credits are available.
Upgrades, downgrades and cancellation
Upgrading mid-cycle: the remaining days of your old plan are credited toward the upgraded subscription and your billing cycle resets.
Downgrading: takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancelling: your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. No further charges after that.
